There are a number of options for exercising and keeping fit from here, these include:

  • Gymondo & Boxx are available for free.  We provide full access to their online workout platform through Perkbox. Exclusive access to online boxing,  yoga, strength and cardio sessions. Follow four of London’s top personal trainers in your own time and in the comfort  of your own home – you can exercise anytime, anywhere, absolutely free.
  • Joe Wicks PE lessons – Monday to Friday from 9am, Joe Wicks is providing an inclusive free 30 minute home workout, streamed live on his YouTube channel –
  • Wake-up workout – The wake-up workout combines cardio and strength exercises to energise your body and give you a boost in the morning. The 45-minute class is ideal for beginners. You will need water, a towel and, if possible, an exercise mat –
  • Belly dancing – Belly dancing is a fun way to get fit, so give it a whirl with this exercise video for beginners. As well as the physical benefits, the combination of music and exercise can help to lift your mood. This 45-minute class gives you an aerobic workout and helps to improve your flexibility and core strength –
  • Abs workout – This abs workout focuses on strengthening and toning your stomach muscles. It’s an intense 10 minute workout will be easier if you already have a basic level of fitness. An exercise mat would be useful and you may want to have some water handy –
  • Aerobics – Start your fitness routine with this aerobics video for beginners. This 45-minute workout will help to improve your general fitness and help you reach a healthy weight.
  • Back pain pilates workout – A pilates-inspired workout that’s suitable for people with chronic back pain. This half hour class focuses on improving the strength and flexibility of muscles that support the back. Regular pilates practice can help with posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility. It can also relieve stress and tension.
  • Vinyasa flow yoga – Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. This 45-minute video is suitable for all fitness levels. The instructor, LJ, uses the vinyasa flow style of yoga, which places strong emphasis on connecting the breath with the yoga poses. LJ describes this as “meditation in motion”. Ideally you should have a yoga mat or something similar to lie on, a towel, and some water to hand. –
  • Arms workout – Tone your arms with this 10-minute workout that focuses on improving your upper-body strength. The class is ideal for busy people – what it lacks in length, it makes up for in intensity –
  • 10 minute workouts – These equipment-free fitness routines are great to do at home and short enough for you to easily fit them into your daily schedule. There are 6 workouts, 1 for every day of the week if you include a rest day, each working on a different area of your fitness –
  • Couch to 5k – 9-week set of Couch to 5K podcasts. Each week involves 3 runs –
  • Strength and Flexibility – The 5-week plan consists of a series of equipment-free exercises designed to improve your strength and flexibility. The workout instructions and pace are easy to follow to make sure you perform each exercise correctly and in time –
